We need to ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines in this country. There’s no reason somebody needs a weapon of war with 100 rounds in a magazine. None.
We learned in trauma to do secondary surveys. I found a primary injury on Dino but he wasn’t doing well. Inflation problems. A secondary eval found a nasty groin injury. Problem solved. #secondarysurvey.
