This pronoun crap is unnecessary. If I am talking to someone, the pronoun I use is 'you'. I was trained that "she" is the cat's mother'. Isn't it rude to use 3rd person pronouns in someone's hearing? And fascistic to police what one may say in absentia? That's the line I take.
