Congratulations to Jakub @jadwiszj and our collaborator Conor @ConorPCullen from @asin_tcd , both of whom received the @Intel_IRL Postgraduate Bursary last week for their PhD work on the synthesis, functionalisation and electronic device applications of monolayer MoS2! @TCD_AML
Pierce and Jakub are continuing their work on defect engineering of 2D MoS2 with recent publications in the Journal of Applied Physics (aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/1.…) and Applied Physics Letters (aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/1.…). Huge thanks to @asin_tcd and other @ambercentre collaborators!
