This is how we build safe and strong communities. Building relationships and trust. Sharing resources and providing access to resources is how we support members vulnerable communities. Not mass incarceration or state sanctioned violence.
Even though today we had the grand opening of our Black Lives Matter Paterson Harm Reduction Center, we’ve been open all week and doing what we do well, building relationships and providing resources to our most vulnerable community members. This is care. This is harm reduction.
