Welbilt to Be Acquired by Middleby for $2.9B, Shares Rise
Shares of Welbilt, the producer of kitchen and restaurant equipment, leaped after the company agreed to be acquired by peer Middleby.
Seems to be a shift from BTCs back to OTCs coming, let's make the most of it. I'll be keeping my eyes open for a $SPY pullback though.
