I'm done with #carnivorediet #carnivore time to add back fillers, oxalates, glyphosate and junk. Costco up $10/kg from my last shopping to $62/kg. Can't afford $50/per steak, the system has won. Home of Ontario and Alberta Beef imagine that. Canada is irreparably fucked.

I've watched Youtube since day one, it's become an algorithm controlled nightmare, content censored, Ai manage, influenced driven mess, filled with hate, scammed with bots and misinformation, bloated with slop just for clicks rendering it mentally unwatchable. That's the tweet.

After several years I have to modify my #CarnivoreDiet because of an elevated Albumin/Creatinine Ratio. Seems my kidneys are having problems with high amounts of protein digestion. I just need to reduce the amount of daily protein in my diet.
