Update on the @BestBuyCanada situation. We have been told repeatedly that our issue is being worked on urgently. We were told professionals were showing up to fix our issue. They have not, we still are getting bounced around, and our home is still a hazard.

I have done that as ell as talk to multiple customer service agents all telling me they'd call back. NONE have. Your company confirmed the problem then disappeared. #Disgraceful #sad #dangerous #BestBuyCanada
