We’ve decided it’s time for TGP to leave ‘X’. We’ll be going dormant from now on and closing down our account in the coming weeks, but we hope you’ll still keep up with our programming and events over on our other platforms. Until then, bye for now!
Calling UStA 3rd and 4th years… we’re looking for a new Student Engagement Intern! You’ll receive a stipend and be the first point of contact with students across disciplines who share a passion for #climatejustice! Apply here: careerconnect.st-andrews.ac.uk/leap/jobs.html…
As climate-related damages hit, remember that this crisis is not due to generic "human activity". Excess emissions are due overwhelmingly to the core states of the global North, and the ruling classes that control the systems of production, energy and national legislation.
Here's a #climatejustice event! In environmental crisis, our experiences with toxicity are unequally shaped by colonial legacies. Join @BritishAcademy_ and explore how these toxicities manifest through intersectional lenses! To book: thebritishacademy.ac.uk/events/british…
During climate crises, queer identities, especially #trans and #nonbinary folks, are often left out. #ClimateJustice is about building a fairer world for ALL, and TGP always works to pursue a climate justice that prioritises trans and non-binary voices and their well-being.
Last month, TGP joined a Green Tease event to speak about climate migration and their work developing a climate literacy climate series. Thank you @CCScotland for having us!

Working with Indigenous organisations like AIMPO, a long-time TGP partner, is essential to understanding communities’ needs and ensuring no one is left behind in achieving #ClimateJustice. Donate and support the Batwa’s rights to hygiene and sanitation! onedayswages-aimpo.funraise.org

What does climate inequality look like? The top map shows national responsibility for climate breakdown. The bottom maps show projected climate-change attributable health and mortality risks in 2050.
A lot of TGP’s work has been remote since Covid-19, but our management team finally met up in Stirling for a team building retreat! With TGP's flat hierarchy, strengthening our team is key to continuing to bring you new projects. Here are some photos from TGP’s weekend away!

Have you heard of Kitasu Bay, the first MPA under Indigenous law? #ClimateJusticeFridays Coastal nations are tired of negotiation deadlocks, but many still hope to work with governments for conservation in Indigenous protected areas like Kitasu Bay. ow.ly/jWCC50Ow6iR

#Climatejustice conversations often throw around concepts without explaining or providing important context. At TGP we try to make #climateeducation as accessible as possible. In this series, we’re going #BackToBasics with climate justice language, starting with #decolonisation.
