Once again @heartinternet mail servers have gone down affecting all customers, they, once again, are working as quick as possible to restore this fault. However, we are in the process of migrating our full customer base to our new partner on dedicated servers.
This is a sad day for Stockton. As a business that has its head quarters in the town and employing close to 100 staff on Teesside alone we would be happy to discuss vacancies we’re recruiting for to any members of staff who sadly have lost their jobs today
Once again we are having issues with one of our hosting partners “heart internet” and some customers sites may be unavailable at this time. It is currently being worked on ASAP by their engineers and we hope to have this rectified as quick as possible. We apologise for this issue
We are experiencing updates with our hosting platforms at the moment and some sites are temporarily down, including our own. Please rest assured Heart Internet are working on this ASAP and hope to be back up and running soon.
Due to the extreme weather we have had to close our customer contact centre at Teesside. Our emergency teams are still available should you have a fault on your phone or broadband or to block a mobile phone on the Unitel network. Our offices will be back open at 8am tomorrow
Our customer service centres are now operational. We are very sorry to any customers that have been unable to call us, the system outage was due to an issue with Microsoft Azure and were told everything is now running as normal.
Our systems are currently down at present and our inbound centres are not able to answer any calls. You can still get hold of us by webchat and email. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope to be back live soon

This person confirm has been the most persistent caller to our “seeded” data and we have their IP address logged. They are based in the Preston area with a strong North West accent

Please be aware that we have NOT had a data breach and this person is simply trawling the internet and our business directories at random to find numbers to call. We have spoken with the individual and made our position clear and that we will prosecute if this does not stop>
Once again a number of customers have called in to advise the following phone number 07415412*** is calling them regarding their account with Unitel and asking them to “renew” their google service. We have also recorded 11 calls from this person as well to use as evidence>
