A recent clinical diagnosis has not recognised me as having DID though I did not give full disclosure, through discretion and fear of the unknown.

Q7 we would like, a treatment that treated individuals within us, and one that treated Alties as loved cherished beings.#DIDchat
Importantly once the walk is complete, we stop chanting and write down our epiphanies. This stops excessive rumination. #DIDChat

We have mantra walks, where we think about a specific word such as coexistence, the whole walk is focused on this one word.#DIDchat
Sometimes we ask them if they enjoyed things, this is simple yet really important to us.
Another useful/give the abuser reassurance by saying we no you can feel the good feelings and understand our higher functions ., #DIDchat
