Turned around in the sense, okay not the best case scenario but definitely a reasonable level. If I stop putting in as much effort my rewards will definitely get downgraded proportionally
All this is cope. If you want to get rewarded you need to keep working at that level. I know ppl who turned their life around 5 years after college. The important part is having the discipline to make use of opportunities
What your European coworkers are doing when you’re trying to follow up with them on a critical project due tomorrow
The only way to improve in DSA is by pushing the limits of your processor, not your hard disk. Most of the good coders whom I know never made any notes while learning DSA.All they did was intense amount of practice, solving problems outside of their comfort zone. #leetcode #dsa
Getting into an engineering course is a mark of high intelligence in the first place ; + they possess a skill which society doesn’t know how to train people in + they persisted long to establish monopoly over such a domain + they were lucky to keep wining
And the outcome would be doing ragda at the pathetic wage tier. When payoff of living like a rat for a decade is so bad, why not say fk it and do what you actually like. If you were capable of going to IIT-NIT or an equivalent college, you would still turn around your life
Biggest working age population and what we have is laws suppressing manufacturing, cutting down on govt hiring and now this😅 Grinding a decade for IAS looks sane to me now
The reason I always advise people to follow their passion and not take engineering has less to do with improvement in the outcome of following passion, and more to do with engineering going to 💩. You do engineering in anything except CS and allied branch in IITs & NITs,
80% need to go vacant. I do not understand glamour of code coolie degree over BA, BSc et al. This is not 2007 when B. Tech was actually good. Today you make less than daily labourer on avg, and nuke your future prospect as no IIM or similar college or UPSC is going to take you.
CGPA only matters if good companies visit your college Don't miss out on CGPA of you are in tier 1 colleges competition will be brutal Otherwise it's bullshit
Bhai badhane ka try kro. Aur jo hua wo hua. Dsa, projects, core subjects, aptitude par mehnat kro ache se. Jarur chances milenge.
Dude I didn't even knew anything beside placement and attendence at the starting of my first year. U r much more Informed.
The first year BTech expectation starter pack > 1 Cr Job > International Company > 500 Leetcode > Master on Code Forces > Win ICPC > Build the next Facebook > Master MERN, Ruby, Go, Zig, Rust > Build the next ChatGPT > 9.5+ CGPA > GSOC Scholar > 20x Hackathon Wins > 3 Freelance…
AI is disrupting the job market. People must be smart and adaptable to new tools and technologies to remain competitive. Never stop learning and seek every opportunity. Don't hesitate to take a small role or fewer perks initially. You can grow gradually with experience, but…
What skills? They hire only based on Leetcode Even you re not from CS you need to do it
you can flip a coin as many times as you want. and you only need to win once.
I’m the last person to romanticize grind culture, but I see why people choose overwork & financial freedom over social life & hobbies. The stress of ‘not having enough money’ is worse than loneliness/FOMO. Add fitness to the equation as it’s necessary, & any free time disappears.
At some point in life, u realise that theres no one in the outer world to motivate u when u are down & lost. U have to do it urself. Keep telling urself that u can bounce back, even though u know very well u can’t. It’s a very difficult & an important talent one must have 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
Do these hard hat engineering jobs pay as much as the IT jobs for the hot, dirty, dusty (mostly), risky environment such engineers work in? Easy to say difficult to implement...
With that miserly salary U won't create core Engineer ,U will only get Mistry
But you release only few jobs. If clubs all deep tech core engineering section it's only 500 jobs. Most requirements only diploma and manufacturing jobs.
