Good afternoon, @wshsterriers! Superintendent Connor shared some thoughts with us today, and they made me think of our Wall of Flags and the diversity which makes us who we are! I know we are not perfect, but it is in the striving for perfection where we learn and grow.
These flags represent West Side & the students who make it great! The “Wall of Flags” is the result of a collaborative effort of students & teachers celebrating our diversity & battling intolerance. By acting locally & leading positively, we have the ability to affect change!

We knew it was coming, my ❤ goes out to all student athletes. Whether it would have been your 1st year competing or your last year competing it is still a sad moment for all. My ❤ goes out to all of the seniors who looked forward to one last competition before they graduated.

Happy Earth Day! Last week, I took a walk through Mittineague Park and took this beautiful picture on top of Buffalo Mountain! Today, my kids and I will walk in our own neighborhood and pick up trash. What will you do to celebrate/recognize Earth Day?
