THREAD Our team has been in the crypto space for a few years now, and we want to share some of the unconventional strategies we use to predict future crypto market performance. This is helpful for us with Belacam.com, and it also should be valuable to traders.
The first method is by tracking crypto adoption. You would think that if more people begin using crypto products, then more people will begin trading crypto soon after. On Belacam.com, we make our daily, weekly, and total user count public. Some other sites do too.
The second method is by tracking crypto website traffic. Alexa.com is great for showing web rankings. Check out how big sites like Binance or Coinmarketcap are doing. The only catch is that these rankings lag by a week or so. Still helpful on a macro scale.
The third method is tracking activity in crypto Telegrams and chats. At the beginning of the week, our Telegram began popping with activity. As the week wore on, we've seen a crazy spike in user growth. The Telegram spike in activity was an indicator of what was to come.
The fourth is probably tougher for you to track but still worth mentioning. Using Google analytics on Belacam.com, we notice times when user engagement and time spent on the site increases. It usually coincides with when people are getting excited about crypto again.
