Internet signal was cutting out every minute or so for at least 15-20 minutes around 7pm. Even with a good strong signal the attached image was all I could get when I looked on the EE website for service status in my area.
@EE This morning I had no mobile internet at all at my home (OL16 5AS). I had to leave my house just to try and access mobile data, and even then I can’t properly check emails or browse the web. This issue has been ongoing for over 2 months.
@ee I've been working in Earl Shilton, Leicestershire for a couple of years now. Why is mobile signal so crap? Bang in the middle of England, on a slight hill, not in a valley. But I get better reception in Cumbria.
@EE hello! My stepdad recently died and his phone says no SIM Emergency calls only. Any ideas? It doesn't look like airplane mode is on. We think the hospital may have changed a setting or disabled something as settings appear to be picking up a SIM
Yup it's awful, and the price is madness. They are still better than the rest but I use Mozillion it's much cheaper and uses the EE network and roaming in Europe is free.

I just got over a similar issue with them, with upgraded authentication requirements buggering up my account access. Took a 45 minute call to Level 2 support to get it sorted and they still couldn’t really say why it happened. What was wrong with a good ol’ email and password eh?
What they are really saying is f**k you... I can't tell you which provider is best in your area, but i can certainly suggest that there's a successful world outside of EE...
Your service is bad. I can’t get signal in London.
I was with you as a customer for years, but after taking out 3 contracts for my family and I, we suddenly endured daily “maintenance in your area” notices and NO signal, so essentially had 3 useless bits of tech and a waste of £2.5k over the contract period! Utterly 💩 company.
@EE Hey, just a quick one. Been with you for 10years. Why is the contract I just got in store £4 a month more expensive than listed on your website? Same phone, same data plan. Seems a bit insulting tbh
@EE why can't I link my mobile to the EE app? Been trying for months

Same . My current bill is only £33 for 2 years on a pixel 10. My wife could only get the same deal for £52!
@EE my network has been down for the last 24 hours. My bills are paid up to date and your online status checker doesn’t work. Ironically the only option is to call you, and I have no service. Can’t even call 150. Can you contact me to discuss please.
Had 1 day where i lost internet for a bit but had no other issues and phone was £35 a month cheaper with a better deal too
I got the email yesterday. I am sim only. I am going to leave and go somewhere else. Sick and tired of bills going up and no real reason given. The excuse is to do with security etc. I didn’t agree to price increases. Someone has to draw the line somewhere. We don’t all earn £££
Dreadful company in my experience! Customer service isn't just bad, it outright doesn't exist! I thought BT were bad but EE make them seem like a dream!
You don't care about customers...I've had a complaint with you since before Xmas... numerous false promises, nobody taking ownership, nobody calling me back. Then I get a text saying that as they've now dealt with my complaint, they've closed it off 😂 I'll see if Ofcom agree.
