Extremely disappointed with my visit to Reliance Digital today at 8:30 PM IST. Employee Mr. Bhaskar Sarkar misbehaved with us. This is unacceptable & not expected from a brand of this stature. Urgent action needed. @RelianceDigital
Hey @KFC_India, unacceptable service. Was charged ₹137.14 for 2 drinks under a ₹99 offer. Staff Pradeep Das was rude & gave false reasons. Support told me to wait 10–15 mins — I waited an hour, no one attended. Order ID: K1232025001136.
