Back to Costa Rica I go. Been traveling last 22 hours - long 12 hour layover at LAX. I don't really get jet lagged, I just need one good sleep and I'll be good to go.

Always feels good to get done with a several hour video session. The key to getting momentum in your day as an internet marketer, is to spend the first part of the day creation marketing and content - aka the stuff that brings in the money.

Everyday needs to be creation day. Creating more video marketing assets, writing emails, creating promos - every day, produce something. Don't just 'react' to others creations 99% of the time - spend most of your time creating.

Discipline is doing those things you don't want to do, but know you should. Tonight I did not feel like running 5 laps of the park. Did not feel like writing my MOBE daily email. Did not feel like recording Novembers Inner Circle. But forced myself to; and now it feels good.

Sundays used to be lazy days for me. Recovering from the night before, I'd usually spend most of the day watching Netflix. Now I make Sundays very productive days; I rethink all the priorities in the business, do high level copywriting, and think of my long term plans.

After hiring many managers in my various companies - the most important attribute I've come to realize, is they need to be hands on. They need to be willing to get their hands dirty with the work when needed, and not hide behind frontline staff.
How to stay focused on growth in your business; be constantly asking, "what's next?" What's the next product? Next launch? Next superstar hire? Next JV? Next complimentary business to invest in? What's next?
