A4: Also, a shoutout to @mpittmanRB for all of his hard work with RB Football. He pulled more than his weight and was always fair to the players on the team. I'll miss coaching with him next season! I've also found out that he's a top-notch teacher! #RBEdChat

A3: I went to a grading and assessment conference years ago and it completely changed my thinking on grading. Made me ponder about the purpose of my assignments and how/why I graded them. #RBEdChat
A2: In regards to classroom management, a teacher early in my career told me that an engaged classroom is much easier to manage. That has always stuck with me. #RBEdChat
A1: The answer probably shouldn't be "Because we have to" although I feel that way sometimes. PD should be timely and relevant in order for teachers to WANT to be there. I think we all love learning something new we can use in our classrooms. #RBEdChat

A3: I have my new computer mirrored to my smartboard and a webcam on a tripod that I can move around easily. I have an extra monitor as an extended desktop. I use my "old" computer for email, etc set up between the two. Working pretty well. #RBedchat
