PUNISHING NEIGHBORS: Even though @weheartseattle came and helped "Lawnmower man" remove lots of his stuff, Sunday night he went back to his old ways of blasting music without any care for others. Neighbors called police. Take a listen.

WILD ENCOUNTER: This is Charles Woodward in black. Neighbors call him "lawn mower man" because he has so many laid out at the corner of 8th Ave. NW in Ballard. But every time neighbors ask him to turn down the loud music or noise, he goes off. Like this incident today. @komonews
