Question for @elonmusk - I know you’re worried about lack of population on earth. Is it possible that there’s just too many of us doing many menial jobs? What’s the shortest path for getting people out of McDonald’s and into research space, battery technology, etc.?

Congressman Mark Takano (D) California just reintroduced his bill to make the 32 hour work week a reality nationwide. Please let this thing pass. We need this.

UKs 4 day work week study in a nutshell: •Worker stress levels dropped by 39% •Sick days plummeted by 65% •Burnout rates fell by 71% •Staff resignations dropped by 57% •62% reported a positive impact to their social lives Imagine that. People are happier when we work less.

She’s very eloquent. Something must be done …now. Erica claims this is worse than San Francisco. @MayorofSeattle what say you?

RESPONSIBILITY OF MEDIA: At this point, we all know mainstream media is NOT going to consistently cover these raw realities in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Philly, etc. @EricaJSandberg+other independent/citizen journos now tasked to fill this huge gap.

What profession that is not software is most like Agile? I’ve never been a farmer, but that seems to need iteration, experimentation, timeboxing, and more. What else? #Agile @AgileAlliance @ScrumAlliance

I was doing some quick math. If a working year is 2600 hours with commute time. That means of waking time I was away from my family for over 5 months. Every. Year. At least when I’m working from home I get incidental contact and bonds are built. #remotework @chris_herd
