Ruto wins. The capacity of Kenyan institutions has outpaced the political culture. A shame that his opponent and backers within the state could not concede.
Historians will come back to this handshake. It did 2 things, it destroyed a portion of Raila Odinga’s support base, and associated him with Uhuru Kenyatta’s political commissions and omissions. It however brought peace to Kenya deescalating the political tension that existed.

Try reading some of the graphical causal inference literature and I bet your enthusiasm will increase 10 fold. E.g., ucla.in/2KYvzau, ucla.in/2VwYzM0 Specifically, introducing matching and propensity score w/o backdoor admissibility is not advisable. #datascience
