德国的商标更离谱，我的 App 截图里有个 Memory 这个词，被 Apple 拒绝了。说德国有家公司拥有 Memory 这个词的商标，任何德国区上架的 App，不光名字、副标题里面不能有 Memory 这个词，连截图、描述里面都不能出现这个词。
我以前也觉得反常识 后来才想通 从博弈看 大公司占据常见词是最优解 （而且各国专利法必然允许在各领域里注册常见词） 所以indie命名 应该是反向操作 除非愿意花时间研究捡漏 （但能撿到概率很低，理由还是数学博弈）
