The Prophet ﷺ used to break his fast with dates and he encouraged breaking the fast with them. In islam, dates are part of a sunnah that feeds both the body and soul. Yet again, Islam wins.

They are in the sciences/health. My understanding through my years in ABU is that it is kind of more realistic to bag it in sciences (esp physical) and health. Actually easier. But in social sciences and arts? Omo it is a war, a real war. you’ll see BGS with 4.15😂
How do you people get 4.9 CGPA in ABU Zaria? Are you humans at all? I survived with 4.5 CGPA, I nearly run mad.
I highly recommend being friends with God-fearing people. Their obedience to Allāh makes you check yourself. They'll make you feel guilty when you skip salāh. They don't let you normalize sins. They inspire you to give more and seek knowledge. Their habits rub off on you.
