Later I was told Gen 2 mirrors aren’t available & I must replace with Gen 3 mirrors at double the cost. This is unfair. If Ather can’t provide spares, why sell the bikes? Please provide Gen 2 spare parts as promised. @atherenergy (2/2)
We bought the Ather 450X (Gen 2) 3 years back. As per commitment, services & spares should be available for at least 10 years. Yesterday, one of my rear-view mirrors broke. I travelled 20 kms to the service center, waited 30 mins, and a job card was opened.@atherenergy (1/2)

We rode our Ather 450X with 18 km range left, reached a public charger 6 km away (showed available). After going all the way, it didn’t charge at all! Had to leave the bike there itself. @atherenergy @AtherGrid this is unacceptable. (1/2)
