Again thugs at sru (investigative team) of ICICI Prudential Life find nothing wrong in 1. Fraudulent submission of e-mandate with forged sign 2. Their exec verifying a forged sign 3. Submitting e-mandate 3 times over 3 months to bank even after receiving info about not giving one
The customer support I received on numerous follow up was abysmal, with repetitive absurd responses and no resolution, demonstrating a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction. This is the standard after-sales service provided to circle members infact.

Indian companies & companies in India, have the worst customer service especially the large/group companies - Tata, Reliance, ICICI, Google, Dell etc We don't have any Regulations or punishment mechanism to take them to task Most of the regulators/ombudsman are a joke
Again after wasting more than 7 months the useless teams are unable to find anything wrong in their execs doing fraud & forgery Their CS is non existent, else how can a forged e-mandate be sent to bank thrice over a period of 3 months, after complaint Thieves from top to bottom
