FYI to those releasing guidance: the discrepancies and application between the words "should" - "must" - and "where practicable" is massive! How can we devise plans when one guidance document went from "must" to "should" and now back to "must" in the matter of a week?
@NYSEDNews just released a new FAQ (9 days before plans are due!) that alters an important issue regarding masks and/or social distancing. This will force some districts to change their current draft plans. The 1st pic is the new FAQ, 2nd is original
