The National Wealth fund has committed a £600 million investment for @ScottishPower to deliver 7 transmission grid upgrade projects. This will scale up the UK’s capacity to transport clean energy from where it is generated to where it is needed & increase capacity & resilience.
We will go further to put more money in people’s pockets. This year, we will introduce a universal Pension Age Winter Heating Payment, guaranteeing support for all pensioner households.
