The US may be short >300k ventilators because of #COVIDー19. I believe the MIT Emergency Ventilator (E-Vent) is one of our best options for surge capacity ventilation. Please share widely. e-vent.mit.edu
So in ten minutes the evil genius who is one of our GP anaesthetists (with a PhD in diaphragmatic mechanics) increased our rural hospitals ventilator capacity from one to nine!!!
