People say you grow into yourself but I really think most people grow out of themselves. We go from imaginative, hopeful, awkward, earnest children to disillusioned adults obsessed with coming across as mature and put together. I was most myself in 7th grade.
This album brings me a similar comfort that whatever, dad’s music does. Melancholy but soft and warm. So beautiful.
