I wrote multiple emails and also called at the hotel; it’s still in vain. This is poor standard whereby the hotel deposit has not been refunded for over 12 days now. Can you please look into? I am a Marriott bonvoy member.

@RenHotels @MarriottBonvoy @MarriottIntl i stayed at Renaissance in Amsterdam from 5th to 9th July. Upon checkout, I was promised that my deposit will be refunded in 24 hours. It has been 12 days now and there has been no reply from the team over email or calls. Not expected.
