10 years ago today, I broke my ankle learning Roller Derby and learning how to skate. I did things backwards. 8 weeks in a cast, then a cast shoe, then a walking boot then physical therapy to being fully healed by Christmas. Yes my cast was pink. I chose the color. 🙂
I'm always amazed at how many people would rather live in the dark than in the truth and the light.
I got my cast off yesterday two weeks post ankle surgery (yay). My foot looks like it belongs to a corpse. 😵💫
Daughter graduating from college tonight. Broke her ankle last week. In a cast and on crutches. This is why I workout.
Fractured tibia… cast and crutches for the first time ever 😔 At least I can read, write and binge watch TV. Already watched the first half of the new series of Bridgerton. I’ve also started #rdr2 again 😂

Yep I fell down the stairs over a week ago and broke my foot.... can’t walk for 6 weeks😫 I get to wears this sexy black cast for 4 and @wes_ramsey is a saint!!!! Thank you baby for taking care of me !!!!!!
We now have more crutches than Easton Ghosts, but the girls game to play today. Won 8-0 and 2-0. Our pitching staff did great and the D backed them up.

No more scooter. No more cast. And by Sunday, no more crutches! Great report from the doc today. Put weight on my foot today for the first time in 6 weeks! Need to be patient still, but my time to get back on the field is coming! @SMUMNFastpitch @WheatlandSpikes @OeSoftball
