I don’t know who needs to hear this, but when somebody loses a loved one the last thing they need to hear is “everything happens for a reason.” One of the most infuriating things to hear while grieving.
In the past month I’ve spoken to over 10 employees for suddenlink and not ONE of them have accurately told me where the extra charges on my account are from. Canceling ASAP. Never dealt with such bad service in my entire life 🤣
Well the suddenlink saga continues. I called and the person who answered transferred me and the phone was silent for 10 minutes so I tried calling back??? CLOSED. Oh my god I’m cancelling asap. Worst customer service ever.
If anyone is considering getting @Suddenlink , DONT! 4th person I’ve spoken to and not ONE of them can tell me why I’m being charged an extra $88 this month.
