I remember my freshman year at KSU the announcement dropped that the football program would be making the jump to FBS — My friends and I joked about the possibility of the Owls making a bowl game by our senior year. That joke is now reality. Wow.
So are you hoping that the mountain West will be worse than CUSA, that way you guys can dominate? Or are you saying that the mountain west is far ahead of CUSA? In which case, you would be in an even worse position.
Honestly, I think a new change of scenery can fix that. Since we'll be away from the god awful C-USA conference, maybe things will turn around for us.
