The new lights which must've come into operation today or yesterday? They seem to have made traffic flow from the A702 onto the bypass much much worse than usual and I think the programming will urgently need reviewing. Traffic back to E. Howgate and moving much slower now.

Hi, @AskNationwide can you please let me know if your awful new app is going to have it's user interface returned to something akin to what it was before the downgrade to the most recent version any time soon? If not, I'm actually going to switch my account elsewhere.
@AskNationwide please can we have the old app back? The new one is rubbish! I don't want a big screen displaying my balances as soon as I log on! The old app was fine!
@AskNationwide dear god, what have you done to the banking app??? It is horrible. It's meant to be a BANKING app, looks designed for a child. Big chunky coloured spots. All savings accounts now just one long list.

Hi @tesco, I know other retailers are also doing this, but why do your product developers think this is a good idea? Has the person who approved this actually tried it themselves? There must be a better solution. Or am I doing it incorrectly?
