Failures often don’t lead to the right learning. For true learning, failure must be followed by Reflection. But we skip reflection because it’s uncomfortable, we’re too busy, ego blocks admitting mistakes, fear of change makes it hard, and lack of structure makes it ineffective.

Failure isn't the opposite of success. Failure is a part of success 🏃‍♂

Always consider the worst-case scenario, even if it’s unlikely. It’s not intuitive, as our minds are biased toward trust and positivity, but not being prepared can cause serious harm. As they say, hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.

Travelling, learning new things, diverse experiences, nature, books, observation, and open-mindedness foster curiosity.

To truly learn something for a lifetime, you need to revisit it multiple times. Our minds trick us into thinking once is enough, but we only remember a fraction. To break this illusion, see if you've achieved your results—if not, go back to basics, review, and repeat.

When things go south, go back to basics.

💡 Work on an idea you can pursue for a lifetime with your lifelong people 🤼

Breaking free from social media is almost a lost battle. Our incentives are not aligned. They want more screen time and have the world’s best minds, e.g., scientists and psychologists, to achieve that. It's the world's best minds against you. Who will win?
