> Test your changes on your local machine before submitting a PR like it's 1999, like CI/CD or testing frameworks have not been invented yet... And a simple pre-commit hook will work...

And it would be more expensive to have a better LLM...

The fundamental insight: RAG quality = Retriever Performance × Generator Performance If either component scores zero, your entire system fails. It's multiplication, not addition. You can't compensate for bad retrieval with a better LLM.

After I finsh EduQuest I will deep dive on Malware Reverse Engineer techniques... I hope you enjoy the streams 🫡

Malware Noob Month Post #7 There are different types of reverse engineering. Each play a critical role in malware reverse engineering and detection engineering. The most widely known is what I would define as "standard" reverse engineering. This is attaching a debugger to a…

True...

Calling C outdated while shipping 8GB RAM-hungry Electron apps is peak irony.

Sometimes, this could be optimized in some way, but, being fair, this is most of the React code out there... and, to be more fair, it gets like that after PO/PMs with all their experience and knowledge, decide to make changes because you know they're easy... :)

Hot take: I dont think Duolingo is made to fully learn a language, I think just make it easier to get familiar with language with day to day conversation, if you want to get better at a language it will he easier if you have been practicing with Duolingo...

Has anyone actually successfully learned a language using Duolingo Seems like a lot of cute graphics and satisfying sound effects but I'm not buying that it actually works...

Yeap! Debian mentioned! Let's go!!

I’ve said this before, but Debian 13 really is a great operating system.

Intersting... Hopefully I will try the $200 version soon...

GPT-5 just casually did new mathematics. Sebastien Bubeck gave it an open problem from convex optimization, something humans had only partially solved. GPT-5-Pro sat down, reasoned for 17 minutes, and produced a correct proof improving the known bound from 1/L all the way to…

I will make a git repo of the minimum things a project should have so you can apply them and learn the basics for a tech interview... 🫡

I love when companies ask tech questions that they don't apply, and most of the devs that work there don't know the answer.

Instead of confirming which packages you received, you only state which ones you didn't get, and that it's HTTP/3.

Lets try implement http 2 instead... Also http 3 looks kind of intersting. But tomorrow, we will read a new CyberSec blog.. ✌🏻

My take here would be: I like this way of controlling your program instead of trying to find which line has the error, to either fix it or make the application behave differently depending on the error...

Rob Pike is one of my top 5 programmer heroes, but I have no idea what he was thinking when he designed Go.

I like to have POC for my project so new people can try new features, handle errors correctly, etc.. which will take less time than do it inside the whole codebase... I always prioritize time...
