Video games being streamlined into 'good' design through critic opinion and video essays has honestly hurt the medium the most. It results in many games that play the same with little to talk about because experimenting outside of set rules is 'bad design'.
I know they were extremely limited as to what they could work with in 1999, but it’s still really funny to me that LEGO attempted to make a minifigure of Aldar Beedo from The Phantom Menace and it turned out like this
