Day 7: DSA Today I solved some practice problems of array string and patterns. and I have some doubts related to competitive programming so if you have some knowledge about that then please DM me or drop a comment.
Day 6: DSA Topic Covered: Pattern Printing I coded 5-6 patterns today, which improved my understanding of for-loops. I know I am going slow because of the semester exams, but once the exams are over, I will focus on DSA at a proper pace and practice regularly. #dsa #cpp
Day 5: DSA Topic Covered: Space Complexity-> Memory space program take. Auxiliary space (space that you take to solve the problem ) + input space (space that you take to store the input problem ) For Ex: c = a+b c is auxiliary space & a, b is input space denoted by big O, O()
Day 4: DSA Learned about time complexity. Time Complexity ≠ Execution Time It’s the rate of growth as input size increases, not actual time. Denoted by O(), it analyzes algorithm efficiency. Focus on the worst-case scenario and ignore constants/lower-value.
Day 3: DSA Topics Covered: * For loop and while loop * Functions: --Void and return types --Parameterized and non-parameterized --Pass by value and pass by reference * Practice: Solved basic problems focusing on loops and functions.
Day 2: DSA Topics Covered: Switch Statement: Explored the structure and use cases for decision-making. Strings: Learned basic operations and manipulations. 2D and 3D Arrays: Studied initialization, traversal, and applications. Practice: Solved foundational problems.
Day 1: DSA I decided to focus on learning DSA with C++ and am following @striver_79 's DSA sheet. Today, I covered: Basics of C++: Input/Output operations and fundamental data types. Practice Problems: Solved a series of if-else problems to strengthen my understanding.
