When uploading files with @fetchftp I like to move the icon across the window like he's running!
Comcast's "Typical Security (Medium)" firewall setting blocks FTP passive mode (by blocking outbound TCP ports 49152-65534)
Tip: to move a file (or folder) up a level, open a second connection window, and drag the file between windows
