@flynorse thank you for the cancellation of our New York flight - No accommodation provided, no explanation, no rebooking offered and no compensation apart for a £15 food voucher. No Norse representative to help with any transport or rebooking, absolute joke - NYC trip ruined
£280 on flights, £270 in hotels not to mention £85 for excursions - completely ruined. No assistance has been offered - an absolutely shocking company - treat so so poorly by @flynorse! This airline is an absolute shambles - they even overbooked and others were not boarded
A message for Michael O’Leary from a passenger that will never travel with Ryanair again, my lawyer will be in touch. Ryanair uses under the belt tricks to overcharge their clients. Totally dodgy ripoff company, @Grok backs me up on this
