We were trying to get a refund on our flights & meals purchased at the airport because of our dietary needs. I was finally able to file a claim for her, but we have still not been able to add her banking info because the form refuses to recognize valid routing numbers
@YatraOfficial My flight was auto-cancelled by Yatra and they are blaming the airline (Air India Express) for the same. I received less than half of my refund, which should not be the case officially since I never made the cancellation as customer. @Ministry_CA @DGCAIndia

I just CAN’T with @British_Airways They are refusing to refund my flight because apparently riding in an ambulance with my mother and being in the hospital for over 6 hours on the DAY OF our flight doesn’t constitute a medical emergency. I’ve sent them letters from @CUH_NHS

Once more we paid extra to be in the ‘first 15’ to board a Southwest flight. We were #3 & 4. First row with seating? Row 8. Never again and @SouthwestAir , you owe me a refund.
