@FlySWISS could you help me - do I need a Transit visa (Zurich) if I have to travel from Mumbai to Manchester via Zurich being an Indian resident. I can see there is a 50mintues layover. Is it possible to catch the connecting flight in such a small gap.
It’s been months, months!!! And I’m still waiting for @dolfi1920 to rectify my luggage claim following a flight on @FlySWISS I’m due to travel again and still do not have functional luggage!

La flotte de @Flybrusselsair vieillit. En outre, non respect de certaines règles concernant les @milesandmore #frequentflyers. Je me tourne de plus en plus vers @FlySWISS et @lufthansa. Mêmes prix, meilleur service, avions plus confortable. Le choix est vite fait.

@FlySWISS How can you justify a charge of 29 euro for me to change back to the actual seat I paid for after you moved me to the middle seat? I paid for 10F, you moved me to 10E, now you want me to pay 29 euros to move back to 10F????

This is how @FlySWISS expects passengers to travel. With their 8kg hand luggage under the seat with feet on suitcase! Shocking treatment of passengers and quite dangerous. Give me @Ryanair any day! At least they’d put it in the hold!
Bei Easyjet hat das exakt drei Tage gedauert. Ich war echt verblüfft.
@FlySWISS Are you serious? Arrival on LX1823. Aircraft parks on east side of the apron. Bus takes us all the way to west side of the airport, where gates D are. Then we have to walk for a very long distance to go to baggage retrieval & customs. Get yourselves organized.

Couldn’t agree more similar happened to me last month, rejected claim even when arriving a date late total disgrace of an airline!
Next SWISS flight is coming soon! It will go from Zurich to Brindisi.
@FlySWISS is the worst. I have to fly it more than I’d like because I live in Zurich. Please bring more airline competition to Switzerland. @lufthansa
