Interesting but I think the entire thread is missing a critical element... by combing code coverage and DORA metrics I feel like you can strike the balance of quality and delivery. We all want a quality hand crafted burger but we don’t want to starve before we get it
The reason code coverage is a flawed testing goal: 100% code coverage is not 100% *code path* coverage You wouldn’t judge productivity by # of lines of code, why would you judge code quality by % of lines of code?
