Okay I'm by no means rich and I'm not saying this to brag – but thanks to Webflow I currently have more money in the bank than I've ever had in my entire life. And that's after 5 months of freelancing🤯 It's just a good feeling, that's all.
Just had an interview that was shall we say ‘tricky’. Hard to relate my current experience level with some of the questions asked, and it’s left me feeling that this won’t have a positive outcome.
Mixed feelings about Adobe buying Figma. There has always been the feeling of belonging in Figma Community, and that along with the ease of use made it unique.
Tiny design detail: nested border radii look really funky if they're the same. To maintain the same curvature, the outer radius = inner radius + padding.

Good UX designers are incredibly smart. They're great at studying and observing and learning. If you find one that is capable of making great UI as well when they need to (rare), pay them whatever they ask and take care of them. They're in the most demand right now.
