Side project: Currently building the only 1992 BMW e36 daily + sport build in Nigeria. Selling at 40 Million Naira when I finish building.
I introduced myself and immediately I mentioned AltSchool, someone on the table said Ohhhhh. I’ve known you guys for about 4 years now. It’s always great to hangout with my man @cyberdees again, thanks for always looking out for me.🙏🏼 Our meetings now happen once a year, looking…
Today, I drove 1:30hrs to london Heathrow to pick up a friend that’s coming to london next week Saturday. I mixed up the date 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Hope you had a great day.
It’s a little tricky, except you decide to build this as a company or a non-profit, it’s super hard to just setup a center for free access to computer. It’s also hard to track the progress of 10,000 people by just giving out laptops. If you decide to give out 10,000, you just…
Something has been buzzing around my brain. Is it cheaper to buy 10k laptops for young people whom you can't fully track for productive usage, or set up centers where many more can use shared desktop computers, similar to cybercafes of the early days? Coworking in the real sense.
Became a staff engineer. Thank you Flutter.
I’m really sorry about this. What did you study?
Not in Nigeria, I'm from a less privileged home, dad is late mum is not well to do, I wrote an exam 2years after my waec and got 100 percent scholarship at Adeleke University, studied and graduated with a 2.1 finished service in 2023, till now am still job hunting.
People need to know that, if “I go to school, study well, graduate with a great grade, my future will be secured at least to a fair degree.” There needs to be a calculation incentive for education.
.@vp_fund being able to convince the government to actually invest in Nigerian startups through the his VC fund that’s based on merit and workings is really a great thing for the ecosystem. We hope to see more of it. Congratulations @kola_aina, @DrDotun and the whole team.
I’m sorry but trying to share 10,000 laptops by sourcing funds on twitter does not look realistic, even though it’s an amazing thing to think of. That’s 5 billion naira. 10,000 laptops is just too high a number that the question you’ll ask yourself as a donor is “what’s my…
Whatever you do, do not zoom in to see the cars or street.
I imagine what it was like for @joinkuda during the early days of online banking. No patient and less understanding from customers They make a transfer and the other bank hasn’t gotten it = kuda issues. Other bank makes a transfer and kuda hasn’t gotten it = Kuda issues.
The only thing hard right now is the economy.
There's an erectile dysfunction pandemic happening.
It won’t be simple, but it’ll be worth it. Be ready for sleepless nights, exam, live classes, tons of assignments and a good paying job after you graduate. 🤝🤝🤝🤝
