.@StubHub there really should be an option to cancel an order for a ticket that hasn’t been sent after a certain amount of time. i placed my order on january 17th and the seller has been unresponsive - being told “not to worry” repeatedly is not very helpful or reassuring!

@StubHub - I got tickets that were refused at the door because your site allowed a scammer to list stolen tickets. Refund is cool, but I'm here at the theater right now and your Customer support has been useless.I thought you guys would get me a new ticket with Fan Protect, smh.
