KADOKAWA事例 (コーポレート)ガバナンスの言葉を 　管理ルールの意味で使ってるのか、 　倫理観などの意味で使ってるのか、 よくわからない記事や発言が多いように、私は感じるなぁ 私はガバナンスと言えば前者。ルールと捉えており、4.7億ぐらいならガバナンス守ってんじゃね、と想像しちゃう。
