me telling my extrovert friend to order food for me
When an introvert messages you, don't presume it's out of boredom. Introverts value their alone time; if they're bored, they'll likely prefer activities like napping, watching movies, or reading, rather than engaging in conversation.
When introverts start believing in themselves, they become the most focused, powerful, and dangerous people. They can do shit that you can't even imagine. With their intuition to know, curiosity to learn, and obsession to act, they become truly unstoppable.
Introverts don't socialize much, not because they're antisocial. They just have no tolerance for drama, stupidity & fake people.
Introverts seek knowledge. Meaning. Purpose. They have no interest in your gossip and weekend plans. They're designed for the inner world. Searching and exploring and understanding the workings of their own mind. That's what brings them peace. That's what nourishes their soul.
My cut off game is so strong, I stopped talking to myself one time.
The reason why introverts don't open too fast is: trust. They have a kind heart. A giving soul. And too many people take advantage of that. So it takes them time to feel safe. To be open & vulnerable. They're not playing hard to get, they're just protecting their own heart.
Introverts think in very complicated ways. That's why they hate small talk. Their thinking is deep, layered, and branched off. They can associate 10 different things at the same time. That's why talking about the weather is not as interesting as talking about the meaning of life.
Introverts have a kind heart, but if they get mad, be ready for a longggg spell of silence. No petty fights. No useless arguments. No mindless explanations. Just piercing cold silence. And trust me, they're not being mean. It's their way of telling you "get your shit together.
When your mouth commits but your energy levels do not
Introverts are cool & charismatic. They don't flex it, but you know when you see one. The quiet guy in the gym. The beautiful girl reading on a park bench. They move different. With an air of mystery around them. It's not the talk or the walk. It's what's inside their heads.
Don't ask introverts “why are you so quiet?”. Bruh, that’s how they function. That's the design of their DNA. Quiet & alone. They don't talk just to talk, they talk when they have something to say. When something excites them. When something moves their soul, then, they talk.
Don't try to outsmart introverts. They're kind, but not stupid. They don't argue because they don't want any conflict. Their silence is a sign of protecting their peace, not defeat. They can read you like a book. Psychoanalyse the shit out of you. And you think you can win. Lol.
When an introvert pulls back it doesn't mean they've lost interest. Or they don't like your company anymore. It has nothing to do with you. Stop taking it personally. It only means they're in their quiet phase. Just chilling & vibing alone. Thinking about life and all. That's it.
Things introverts love: - empty gyms - empty elevators - empty parks - empty streets - cancelled plans
The most important thing for an introvert is alone time. They can bear every pain, but they can't stand even the thought of not being alone. People empty them. And they have to get away for a while. Recharge. Refuel. Refocus. Align back with their sense of self. To just breathe.
Introverts are not socially awkward, the thing is they hate fitting in. They stay quiet, don't complain, and they never show their pain. But, trust me, it's unbearable. They're too kind to show their discomfort and ruin your day. So instead they choose to stay away & vibe alone.
Introverts don't revenge, they just leave. They're too softhearted. Too sensitive. And scratching a wound only makes it worse. So they just disappear. No goodbyes. No explanations. And trust me, they're not trying to hurt you, they're just healing their own heart in silence.
When an introvert says no, it's over. Finished. It's hard for them to say no. It's almost painful. Because they know how it feels. But when they do, trust me, they're done. Thinking, reflection, contemplation. All done. You cannot change their mind. It's over. Don't even try.
