The Grove, Ealing A couple of seconds, is all that's needed to prove phone use. (Edited to remove VRM) Yet another driver, that could have used their phone before leaving the Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre car park, but chose not to.
Mainly, yes. Because as we all know, living in London requires an off-road vehicle to get about town.

PARIS's life saving bike lanes reduce fire brigade response times.
Regardless of global agreements, climate resilience is ultimately built in neighbourhoods with the people who live in them. For towns across the Netherlands, that requires a collaborative re-greening effort between the municipality and community. #ActionStartsHere @mayors4climate
Nearly 600,000 cycle journeys in less than 2 months since the counter was reset, averaging about 9,700 trips per day. This number surpasses all motor traffic. This week has seen freezing temperatures, but that hasn't deterred cyclists. They are a hardy bunch
This is a significant story and it’s sinister it isn’t getting more significant coverage elsewhere.
Mattock Lane junction with Culmington Road W13. Dear @thameswater The sheer number of signs here, is creating a problem for vulnerable pedestrians. Also, the road, pavement and cycle lane are not "closed" as your signage implies. Can you sort this out please? Thanks.

Preparations for the new Headingley separated cycleway in Leeds. It’s not going to be wide, but it’s going to make cycling down here even more popular.
@AndyCoxDCS It is because pedestrians, some with disabilities, are forced to walk in the road,& drop kerb obstructed for mobility scooters, which can tip over, with fatal consequences.
"The cold has returned to Paris & the bike lanes are still packed. It turns out the problem wasn’t the weather, as many said, but the lack of safe infrastructure." Drivers who claim “no one cycles in winter” are hot house flowers addicted to their little cocoons.
El frío ha vuelto a París, y los carriles bici siguen llenos. Resulta que el problema no era el tiempo, como muchos decían, sino la falta de infraestructura segura.
The Netherlands will invest €1 billion in cycling infrastructure to connect hundreds of thousands of new homes. This will build bike highways and improve bike-train intermodality, enabling residents to access jobs, healthcare, and school without locking them into car dependency.
For every new highway we build and/or expand, we should mandate we build rail in the median.

A huge pile of waste has appeared in a field in Oxfordshire, measuring 150 m (490 ft) long and 6 m (20 ft) high. It is on a site between the River Cherwell and the A34 near Kidlington, England. People are destroying the environment from the air to the soil —it’s disgusting.

#HotTake321: Europe generates €45–50 billion a year from cycling tourism, worldwide cycling tourism generates $120+ billion, but in India we are still debating if we need or don’t need cycle lanes. Tour de France? How about Tour de Konkan? We’re sitting on the world’s greatest…
Beautiful Oxfordshire limestone stream meets one of the results of 35 years of Thames Water's privatised profiteering scam. 57 hours since Friday, and still counting.
Since the counter was fixed, well over half a million cycle journeys have been made in less than 2 months. At peak times, records show that traffic consists of 250 motor vehicles ph in the am & 350 in the pm, considerably less than bikes. Needs another bike lane @MayorofLondon
