NEW MUCK YOU! OUT FRIDAY AM: @laurennfrench of @MajorityPAC A great preview of 2026 US Senate races, lack of love for @SenatorCollins, and clearing up what you can and cannot put on a Chicago dog. Listen starting Fri AM wherever you get your pods!

A fight over health care is a fight worth having, and it would be a mistake to take the pressure off Republicans right now. Voters are overwhelmingly opposed to health care costs increasing because Republicans would let the ACA credits expire. Even if it means a shutdown.
“Preventing huge increases in health insurance premiums is more important than avoiding a lengthy shutdown.” Agree 62% Disagree 31% The split is higher among voters who are politically in the middle: 64%–30%

Welcome to week 2 of the GOP shutdown. Democrats are still holding the line to keep your health care affordable, while Republicans are fighting to raise your premiums by more than 75%. Donald Trump and @SenateGOP — it’s time to end the shutdown and do your jobs.
.@SenSusanCollins voted to SHUT DOWN the government. The people of Maine should know who sold them out and why.

. @LeaderJohnThune voted to SHUT DOWN the government. The people of South Dakota should know who sold them out and why.

WATCH: 'Concerned @SenSusanCollins' votes to shut down the government. She’s sacrificing your health care because she’s too weak to stand up to Donald Trump and fight for Maine.
Stop lying. Republicans want to end affordable health care for American citizens. Maybe tweet less and actually do your job for once.
North Carolina Republicans just keep backing the worst candidates…

We've demanded Republicans sit down and talk with us for two months—but Donald Trump said to ignore the Democrats. By refusing to meet with us, Trump is barreling America toward a government shutdown. He's not being president. And he's not up to the job.
Trump in 2013 on how to avoid a shutdown: “You have to get everyone in a room. You have to be a leader.” Trump today: Cancels meeting with Democratic Leaders.
The House adjourned until October 1st. If there was ever a sign that the Republicans wanted a shutdown, that's it.
Alaskans already pay some of the highest prices in the nation. And @DanSullivan_AK voted to raise costs even higher. Tell Dan: Stop raising prices on our families.
J.D. Vance is in Michigan today, trying to sell an unpopular and toxic economic agenda. But the numbers aren’t adding up. Here are the FACTS about how the Mike Rogers-Donald Trump economy is hurting Michiganders: senatemajority.com/news/fact-chec…
