It's a slide that the NFL shared with every team: The last 4 Super Bowl 🏆champions ranked #1, #2, #9, and #12 out of 32 teams for lowest number of training camp LEX strains. Seems like a "boring" calf strain is pretty important after all. (8/8)

I’ve failed many times in my life and career and because of this I’ve learned a lot. Instead of feeling defeated countless times, I’ve used it as fuel to drive me to work harder. So today, join me in accepting our failures. Let’s use them to motivate us to work even harder.

What incessantly training to fatigue does: Makes you tired! What it does not: Produce superior results. Most trainees can learn a lot from ACTUALLY training hard. There’s a time & place for it. However, don’t conflate every workout being a ball buster as being better.

What looks like a talent gap is often a focus gap. The "all star" is often an average to above average performer who spends more time working on what is important and less time on distractions. The talent is staying focused.

Research shows that sustainable progress, in everything from diet to fitness to creativity, isn’t about being consistently great; it’s about being great at being consistent. It’s about being good enough over and over again. Key to the long game. thegrowtheq.com/its-okay-to-be…
